In 2010, Owner Chris Sudano obtained his Westchester County Septic Installer License and built a very successful Septic Inspection Company that began building his name and stellar reputation amongst Homeowners and Realtors in NY and CT. Chris saw the demand for honest and professional Septic Contractors in the area that offered more than just septic inspections and in 2021 created Sudano Septic and Sanitation, LLC. In 2019, Chris became a Licensed Septic Installer in CT and in 2021 for Putnam County NY. Since its creation in 2021, Sudano Septic has offered Septic Inspections, Septic Installations, Septic Repairs and Drainage Services to Homeowners and the Real Estate Industry, throughout All of Westchester, Putnam and CT.Sudano Septic and Sanitation has been built around 5 Core Principles:

Septic Inspections - Real Estate & Maintenance
Our professionalism, efficiency and exceptional communication educates Homeowners and Homebuyers on what a Septic System is, how it functions, and the current condition.
Our inspections consist of opening the Septic Tank, Distribution System and Septic Fields via hand digging and the use of 2 specialized inspection cameras and underground locating equipment. Following the Inspection, we will provide a PDF Formatted report with Photos thst will be emailed within 24 to 48 hours, usually the same night of the inspection. We are available to review the report and address any and all concerns of our Clients. When Client's are unable to attend the septic inspection, there is no need to worry! Our reports are as thorough and detailed as they could possibly be, so much so that it will be like you are standing beside us when reading the report.
